Contact details (name, email, phone), property details needed to deliver your service (address, ZIP code, property size, access and pet instructions), booking and payment history, messages you send us, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

To schedule and deliver services, communicate about appointments, process payments, send receipts and invoices, respond to inquiries, improve our services, and — only with your consent — send marketing messages.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or security codes on our systems. Stripe’s handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

We send transactional messages related to your bookings. Marketing emails and texts are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to a text message.
